DVM from Copenhagen University in 2016.

Spent 5 years in small animal general practice, handling the diagnostics on medical and surgical patients, with focus on exotics and cardiology, including establishment of eccocardiographic service within the hospital unit.

Been part of the team in Special Pathology at IVH since 2021. Initially as a scentific assistant handling the forensic matters, later as a ECVP resident in Veterinary Anatomical Pathology and ph.d.-student

Current research

Since the 1st of May 2023: Ph.d.-student at the PIG-PARADIGM project, which focuses on the characterisation of the robust vs. non-robust piglet with regards to post-weaning diarrhea, and the identification of the robust phenotype in order to reduce the need for antibiotics and antimicrobial resistance within Danish pig production.
