POSTPONED: We are very pleased to announce that registration and abstract submission for the annual DSP Spring Symposium 2020 is now open!
Dr. Ann Moormann, University of Massachusetts Medical School
Expert in pediatric immunity to infectious diseases, focusing on Plasmodium falciparum malaria and Epstein Barr Virus (EBV), molecular epidemiology, Global Health Research, and the etiology of endemic Burkitt lymphoma in Africa.

Registration fee: DKK 300 (DKK 200 for students) including lunch, DKK 150 (all) without lunch.

Young scientist award
As always, if you are under 35 years old or have obtained your PhD within the last two years, you could be the winner of the Young Scientist Award for best poster or oral presentation. (The prize is DKK 2000.-, and you DO NOT have to be a member of DSP).
Coming events in the world of parasitology
We would like to draw your attention to a few of the coming events in parasitology:
The 10th Tick and Tick-Borne Pathogen conference, which is the biggest scientific event in the field and is organized every 3 years and will take place in Romania on August 24th-28th 2020. You can find more information on the 10th TICK and TICK--BORNE PATHOGEN CONFERENCE.
The next ICOPA in 2022 will be hosted in Copenhagen by DSP and the Scandinavian-Baltic Society for Parasitology.
