EnigmaHPAI.org version 1.2 released
The open access forecasting model for risk of avian influenza outbreaks in Europa https://www.enigmahpai.org/ has been updated.
The new version of the model includes interactive maps, enhanced time-series visualization, improved figure export options as well as an up-to-date design. The model is used by experts and policy-makers across Europe to estimate the weekly risk of outbreaks and builds upon the endemic-epidemic model framework used in the original research paper by Lene Jung Kjær.
