Section for Biomedicine
In the Section for Biomedicine, we use experimental models to study human and veterinary diseases in mammals. Our research also includes animal welfare related concerns as well as laboratory related aspects. Basic scientific disciplines are pharmacology, toxicology, pathology and immunology.
The section has a strong focus on improving health in humans and animals through a deeper understanding of disease development and prevention.
