General Assembly June 2023

The general assembly is held on the 27th and 28th of June 2023 at University of Copenhagen, Frederiksberg Campus. The venue of the main event is:

The main meeting will be in Room A2-70.04. In addition, Room A2-70.03 is available for meetings in smaller groups. The main meeting starts at 11:00, but the UCPH staff will be present in the main hall in front of the auditorium for registration and coffee from 10:00.

It is very easy to reach Frederiksberg campus (the venue) by metro. From the airport, metro Line M2 will in 17 minutes take you to Forum station (10 minutes walk from the venue). From the central station, metro Line M3 will in a few minutes take you to Frederiksberg station (10 minutes walk from the venue).

Lunch, coffee and refreshments will be provided on campus, but the dinner on the 27th of June is served at 19:30 in
