Bakken

Dyrehavsbakken (or more commonly just referred to as “Bakken”) is often called the worlds’s oldest amusement park as it was founded in 1583. Bakken has its own App which can be downloaded for Android as well as iPhone.

The atmosphere of Bakken is very different from what you can experience in Tivoli. Bakken is less "polished" and (as opposed to Tivoli) mainly visited by Danes (and to some extent Swedes). Not many tourists manage to find Bakken.

Jægersborg Dyrehave

Bakken is situated at the southern edge of a rather large par force hunting landscape originally established for royal hunts. The par force landscape was added to the UNESCO World Heritage list in 2015.
