The objective of this work was to evaluate the ruminal disappearance and intestinal ant total dry matter and protein digestibility of the concentrate supplements (soybean meal [SBM], whole rice bran [WRB], feather meal [FTM] and meat and bone meal [MBM]), by means of the mobile nylon bag technique with two incubation methods (sequential incubation and sequential withdraw). The samples of the feeds (15 mg.cm-2) were incubated in the rumen of two Holstein steers in polyester bag, 10×5 cm size during 0, 2, 6, 8, 24 and 48 hours. Six bags at every eight hours were inserted into the intestine via "T" type duodenal cannulas at a rate of 1 bag/5 min. The bags, after withdraw from the rumen or recovered from the feces, were washed and dryed at 105°C, weighted, and soon, its content was directly digested for nitrogen determination. The ruminal, intestinal and total disappearance of dry matter (DM) and crude protein (CP) were calculated. The values were submitted to first order asymptotic growth model in order to adjust a ruminal degradation curve for each feed. The parameters estimates were used to determine effective ruminal degradability for the passage rates of .02, .05 and .08/h. The intestinal digestibility of the undegradable rumen protein was not constant, and changed with the rumen incubation time and among feeds.
